%3Cdiv%3E%3Cp%3EI+am+running+into+the+problem+of+having+my+rental+listings%2C+that+I+place+on+Craig%27s+List%2C+plagiarized+by+some+agents+and+their+companies.+They+take+my+photos%2C+my+copy%2C+my+everything+except+for+my+name+and+contact+info%2C+and+run+it+as+their+own.+I+even+called+one+of+the+agents+to+ask+about+the+listing+he+posted+to+see+if+it+was+still+available+and+he+told+me+no%2C+it+had+been+rented+but+he+had+others.+The+property+had+not+been+rented%2C+so+he+was+doing+not+only+a+disservice+to+me+as+the+Listing+Agent%2C+but+a+great+disservice+to+my+client+as+well.+I+spoke+with+the+broker%2C+and+she+condoned+this+practice%2C+saying+it+helps+advertise+my+client%27s+property+and+she+saw+no+copyright+infringement%2C+etc.+Since+it%27s+Craig%27s+List+and+not+the+MLS%2C+I%27m+not+sure+where+to+go+with+this%E2%80%A6.perhaps+the+Commission%3F+I%27d+be+interested+in+hearing+your+comments+and+suggestions.%3C%2Fp%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%2C%3C%2Fp%3E%3Cp%3ELaura%3C%2Fp%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3C
